The Health Foundation values its solid governance structure which is essential in safeguarding donations. The Board and employees of The Foundation are passionate about our task and we go about it with complete ethical integrity. The governance of the Health Foundation resides under the Board of Directors, appointed according to the Memorandum of Incorporation. The Board serves as an active and independent governing body responsible for policy formulation, decision making, and oversight. The Board of The Health Foundation is comprised of passionate, diversely skilled and well-qualified individuals that selflessly, without remuneration, make their time available to steer the Foundation towards achieving its desired objectives.
